Payments

• Coaching Sessions will typically last 50 minutes via phone or video chat
• Coaching Session payments are required 72 hours prior to first session
* Payment Plans for Coaching Plans are available. All plan payments are due on recurring 26 day cycles.
* If Payment Plans are not paid by outlined Payment Plan due dates the coaching agreement will be void, ceasing coaching/client services and relationship
* Discounted rates for Coaching Plans are only available at initial time of purchase and can not be applied to the purchase of subsequent Coaching Plans

– Individual Classes: Must be paid 72 hours prior to class date or place in class will be forfeited

Coaching Payment Plans

* All invoices will be sent electronically

1 Month Coaching Plan: Total amount to be paid in full at time of completion of all new-client paperwork

* Any non-payment compliance of payment plan dates will result in forfeiture of Client/Coaching relationship and any agreements made through or regarding Coaching.

* Event Consultation/Coaching, worksite wellness programming, and marketing and communications contract payments are due as outlined per individual project.

* Payment may be made with PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo

Expiration Dates

Coaching Sessions, Classes, and Plans are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire within three months of purchase. All purchases must have a beginning session and a maximum interval of one scheduled monthly session (for Plans) within three months of purchase, otherwise all plans will be considered void.

* Sessions may be frozen for medical purposes only and require medical documentation from a M.D., D.O., N.P., or N.D indicating medical necessity. Frozen sessions will be held for 3 months, after which time all remaining sessions will become invalid unless new medical documentation is received prior to the end of the three-month time frame.

Cancellation and Punctuality Policy

Emergency Cancellation: Your health is our priority. We are reasonable and understand circumstances arise that occasionally require an appointment cancellation or reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your Coach directly via a phone call or text message at least 48 hours in advance of appointment. If 48-hour notice is not received, there will be no refund or rescheduling of the session permitted.

In the event of a true emergency, we will gladly reschedule your session for a more convenient time.

Client will not be charged if the Coach must reschedule/cancel the appointment due to an emergency, weather, traffic accidents, or other acts that cannot be foreseen or prepared for. Your coach has the utmost respect for your time and will be as prompt as possible in giving you any cancellation or tardiness information.

Punctuality: All participating parties, both Client and Coach, are required to be prompt. If a client arrives late, this time will be deducted from the pre-paid coaching session and the session will end at the original scheduled end time. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to the session without communication, the session will be forfeited.

If the Coach arrives late or is called out of the session for an emergency, any lost session time will be added as an extension to another coaching session.

It is strongly encouraged that all clients working within Coaching Plans meet with their Coach biweekly, unless designated otherwise by their Coach.  If a Client wishes to skip a coaching session for any reason outside of an emergency, or rescheduling the appointment with a minimum 48 hour notice, the session will not be rescheduled and will be considered forfeited.

* Gift Certificates Available in any denomination with an expiration of 1 year from date of purchase
